Returns
We stand behind all the products we offer to our customers. If you have a problem with our product when it is received please notify us. If you are not 100% satisfied with any part of your order we will gladly refund your money or exchange your product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items must be returned within 10-day of purchase. We can accept un-worn, un-washed merchandise in new condition. You need to contact us to obtain an RA number (Return authorization) or we will not accept your package. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package.
Returns should be sent via traceable carrier to the address you will receive when you get your RA number. Items should be carefully packaged for shipment.
If you need to return an item please email us returns@sweetbows.com and we will contact you within one business day with your RA number and the address to send your return to.
